By installing or using Restock & PO Manager ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service description

The app provides inventory analytics, reorder point calculations, vendor management, email reports, and purchase order drafting tools for Shopify merchants. Features may vary by plan.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store that installs the app and comply with Shopify's terms and applicable laws.

Plans & billing

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed through Shopify App Pricing. Prices and features are described in the app and on our website and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

• Use the app only for lawful business purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
• Keep your Shopify credentials and store access secure

Disclaimer

Reorder suggestions and alerts are estimates based on your store data. You are responsible for final purchasing decisions. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost profits or stockouts.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend access if these terms are violated or as required to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
