Restock & PO Manager ("we", "our", "the app") is a Shopify application that helps merchants manage inventory, reorder points, vendors, and purchase orders. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Shop and staff account identifiers required for Shopify authentication
• Product, variant, inventory level, and order data needed for velocity and reorder calculations
• Vendor records and per-SKU settings you enter in the app
• App configuration such as plan tier and email report preferences
• Contact form submissions (name, email, message) when you reach out to support

Data we do not collect

We do not collect end-customer personal data for marketing. Inventory calculations use product and order metrics only. We do not sell merchant data to third parties.

How we use data

• Calculate sales velocity, reorder points, and critical stock alerts
• Generate vendor-grouped purchase order drafts and email reports you configure
• Operate, secure, and improve the app
• Respond to support requests

Data storage & retention

App data is stored in encrypted databases hosted by our infrastructure provider. When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends an uninstall webhook and shop data is deleted in line with our retention procedures and Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks.

GDPR & Shopify compliance

We implement Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact. Contact us if you need assistance with a data request.

Third-party services

• Shopify — platform, authentication, and store data APIs
• Hosting and database providers — application infrastructure
• Resend — transactional email for contact form delivery
